I own a few different 'styles' of waist trainers and have found that I have a "short" torso, most waist trainers are for "long" torsos (10+inches long). It would go from under my bust to nearly past my hips; that is too long for my liking and comfort. This wrap adjusts to my height/size and gets every bit of my stomach including my kangaroo pouch. I personally prefer this 'style' of waist trainer. It seems it will last awhile and wont lose its elasticity. I am satisfied!! Two thumbs up 👍🏾👍🏾

Ive never used a waist trainer before. I thought it was be super uncomfortable and that I wouldn't stick with it. I already have a small waist but no curves, and this adjusts tight enough to fit me perfectly and I can still breathe quite well and I can see the shape goal immediately.
