I’ve never worn a waist trimmer before, but my program called for it so here we are. I bought two to test which I liked best and this one was the best. I am def sweating more in the area and hope to lose more inches after a 5 week program with this on me. I surely like the support and shape it gives while working out. I suggest with weight and strength training only. Running with it on was torture and I do not believe it was meant for cardio. Alas, I am a fan!!

Personally I was very ehhh about this product but a family member had recommended it. And let me just say I love it I wear it in the morning while I’m working and then I take it off but then I’ll wear it again when I’m like walking or on the elliptical. At first I had a hard time closing it I got myself a medium. But now I close it without any issues I wear this about 5 days out of the week and for about 5 or 6 hours a day depending on mood and what I’m doing. It’s actually pretty comfortable once I could close it up easily.

Good quality, clean work. Not as restrictive as a corset, so wearable for a longer period of time. And thanks to the straps, it can be adjusted as you wish, depending on your own needs. In any case, stick to the size specifications! The actual waist should correspond to the largest width, then you still have room for waist reduction.

This belt is awesome! The first time I put it on I was excited! The fit is superb, the strength of the velcro is amazing, and it makes me sweat without feeling icky wet. I bought a size small because I wanted to assure it was snug, but I'll be ordering an additional one in a medium because it's super tight.

I love wearing it & it does show results if you wear up to 6 hours a day everyday but the only complaint I have is that I wish the Velcro band was large enough for the bottom half of the tummy.. I feel as if it buldges out my tummy & defeats the purpose of a flat tummy. But the waist definitely gets defined !
