Seams stitched qualitatively. There are 4 vertical steel inserts to maintain the shape. Wash better at 30-40 degrees in soap solution and hang without pressing. Good belt. LOVE this waist trainer. I used this prior to my pregnancy to keep up my shape and it was perfect for every day use and was the most comfortable trainer I’ve used. 2 months postpartum and I still love this trainer and very happy with how effective it is in putting my figure and tummy back in its place. Only thing is that it does crunch a little in at the waist due to movement throughout the day. If wearing something tight over the trainer, you will see the crunch section. Otherwise, excellent..
